This guy is amazing! He has been posting over on flexifoil, one of the Flysurfer team riders.

Check out the video.....

Must be nice to have clean winds to learn stuff like this! Can't remember the last time I went airborne in my buggy......Tiree maybe!!

Looks nice, but also looks a bit risky. One Slip and its a broken back....

Anything to do with launching yourself and the buggy off the ground is risky, I dont think this is any more risky than landboarding, at least you can let go of the buggy and fly clear from it. Not going to try it any time soon but just shows there are still people out there pushing freestyle to new limits.

he's still got a foot in one strap. surely a 20kg odd buggy twisting your ankle is a recipe for some fairly major damage...

Id imagine that its just his toes that are in the strap, I could be wrong though, which should allow for his foot to come free if required. You have a point though, what I meant was that by doing this move he probably has a better chance of getting rid of the buggy than normal buggy jumping.
Still wont be trying it any time soon

How is the buggy jumping in Scotland coming along? I can't remember the last time I had some good jumps. The smooth winds havent been around for a while or at least, not when I have been out.....Sunday at St Andrews would have been good if the rain had stayed off for another 30mins....

Noticed Mcatse was jumping in the last Vicky Park video, although the landing did look a bit rough

I think I am heading away this weekend, making the most of the 4 day weekend Not sure though, might make it along if we have nothing else planned.

Any reason why its Sunday and not Friday, Saturday or Monday?

The main thing to remember when jumping Mcatse is to bring the kite back over i.e. redirect the kite. This will make for softer landings
