Finally come across a decent looking forum for kiting up here in sunny Scotland and decided it was about time I signed up! I stay in South Lanarkshire and decided this would be a good way to meet up with some local flyers! Been flying for about 2 years now, started with a Beamer III 3m and just purchased a 5.6m Peter Lynn Twister last week. Thinking of heading across to Ayr at some point if we get any decent days for flying, anyone else fly over there? Hopefully get along to some of the events in 2009, I'll look forward to meeting some more kite peeps!

We have quite a few events planned for 2009 so keep on checking the events section on the site for updates.
Glad you finally found us There are a number of people who fly around you area, so no doubt they will let themselves be known.

I fly at Ardeer Beach, (Stevenston) most of the time. Have still never flown at Ayr! Will have to get down there sometime. Thought I'd say Hi anyway though!
