Hi all, Bill from Newbigging..

Ive been flying kites since 2004, first kite was a 3.5 bullet and ive now gone through a few since.. I used to fly a lot at Lunan Bay when I started, but now just at the local park in Monifieth or down at St Andrews beach when I can find time. (young children = less kite time..)

Ive met a few of you guys previously at Just add wind 08 and also on the beaches. Hope to put faces to a few more names...

Your spot on there! We have the sea blue 3.5m2 Bullet. It was our first four line powerkite (we started with a Stacker 6...) and we both still love it. I still get a kick out of it and it looks sensational in the sky, especially when the sky is deep blue and the sun is shining on it.

Thanks guys for the welcome....

The bullet was a great kite, I recently regretted selling it but at the time I needed the money... Ended up with a pansh as a cheap replacement kite..

Im sure i'll bump into some of you at the beach at some time...

It would have been about 3\4 years ago... if it was you we got our lines tangled a couple of times..

I was flying a bullet 4.5 ....

mmmmm, got me thinking now. I don't remember tangling lines with anyone at Lunan as when I have been there there were no other kiters I didn't know (apart from the chaps on the water).
I'm sure you would remember me as I'm a fairly ugly kinda guy, the kind your mum tells you to stay away from.

I met a few folk from Abroath when I used to go up to Lunan, I cant remember their names... Long time ago...

Me and my mate used to go up.. His name is Mike hes about 5ft , 5 and has dreadlocks... Then there was another couple of guys from Carnoustie that started flying there also...
Ally and ?? (name slips me at the moment) They were trying to get in the water at that time...
