New In Polmont 3 Years, 3 Months ago

Hi Guys,
I used to fly stunts when I was younger. I was on holiday in October and took some toys (frisbee / boomerang / stunts) to keep my daughter and I amused. Huge Fun! Forgot what a laugh getting dragged around the beach was!
I am not bad with a stunt but have never used a traction / power kite before.
I am trying to get a lesson arranged with owain as I am desperate for a shot of a power / get in a buggy. I live in Polmont and although St Andrews is only an hour or so away I was wondering if any locals could recommend local beaches for those times when I only have a couple of hours to spare or if the weather is a bit iffy.
I am going to St Andrews this Sunday 9th Nov, if you see a guy in an old black MK1 Golf cabby getting dragged around the beach with a couple of linked stunts, thats me

Hey Stu, Good to see you on here A couple of places can be used in and around Edinburgh. Cockenzie is a favourite place, Crammond Park works in a Northerly, Dunbar beach is also used. Hopefully get a lesson organised soon or maybe see you on Sunday if the rain stays away and the gusts calm down. Current forcast for 34-36mph! O.
