as the title suggests was doon the viccy earlier,was quite windy and i was having some fun getting pulled around getting lifted up about 6" lmao
thought i was doin well until a guy gets all his kites out

and a 3.2 all flexis,so i got on the crack with him and eventually and very nicely of him he offered to let me have a wee blast of his kites...

OMFG,i was stunned by the performance of these kites,they turned so fast
and the pull on em was amazin.
now im not a little lad by any stretch of the imagination,goin on 16 and a bit stone,but when i tried the 4m kite i was pulling all over the grass,was able to move kite from side to side with heavy pull in the wind window,was sooo much fun.

then he says give the 5 a blast and that was another experience,got it up about 6m off the ground and i was away scudding across the grass,was awesome.
then the 6.5 straight after it,what a kite,my arms were almost pulled out when launching the kite,once up it was just so strong goin from one side to the other,i was havin a ball,once i had a shot of that my little 3m pro seemd gutless,but i had sooo much fun with the 5m kite,so it looks like my next purchase is gonna be a 5m kite,once i scrape the cash together
if everyone is as friendly as the guy who was doon there tonight,it looks like ive got many more ppl to get on the crack with

aye nae bathir,i met jim tonite when i was down,got a quick blast o his 4.9,was fun but a bit scary,i wasnt really goin for it as its no my kite,but still good fun all the same

had another session doon the viccy today,had the blade up and about
i think my arms are gonne need put back into their sockets

was good tho to experience a stronger wind on the blade,bit daunting tbh,every day is a school day tho

got some scudding done and a few little lifts,not any pendulum jumps yet,need to learn the technique first,matt and jim made it look sooooo easy tho

excellent time,might nip down aftr tea for some more

sunday fun
just back in after 2 sessions today at local seafront area,omg i had a blast, got over my fear of being pulled away out of control and just went for it,got some long scuds on grass 30m+,no idea what winds speed was tho
had the blade on medium lift setting ,was great fun ,had a few arse scudding moments as well,bottom of me shorts are like the hulks arse
im really enjoying flyin the blade
roll on the landboard or buggy.....
