Not only was I an Air Cadet, I spent many a weekend working for a local clay pidgeon-shooting club, I worked in a Safeway bakery, and I was in the OTC for a year (Like the TA but uni students with Army/TA regulars as instructors/drivers etc)

No wonder I swear like a trooper, I practically was one!
