Here is a huge lofting snowboarding in the mountains. The rider is Algerian, not sure where the video takes place - they sound a little excited filming it all.

The rider was Eric Eck and goes by "Magic"
The video was getting some postings in other forums talking about an idiot and a bad place to fly, this was one of the replies that explains a bit more about the rider:
"If it was shot yesterday, id tend to agree, stupid location, stupid kite, idiot, gonna die and I wouldnt bother posting. It wasnt, so im gonna correct you all. Unless im very much mistaken, its f-one pro rider magic from properly back in the day, pushing the boundaries of what kiteboarding was about and what was possible. if you find any footage of magics fellow F-one pro rider from the time, a certain someone you may have heard of by the name of chasta, youll see something very much in common about how the pros flew thro the mountains back then on two line fixed bridle foils. Id suggest not an idiot, but a man worth shaking the hand of and thanking for pushing the sport so hard it developed the high depower, quick turning, super safe kites that allow you, the mere mortal to be able to do 0.1% of what this guy can do."
