Used windows movie maker for this one.
I have better software but i'm still learning to use it.

See what you ment about tripods as some of my other footage is a bit stop/start.
Going to look at another one with better action.

Virtualdub is a piece of good software - simple and mighty.
Nice video! Its a Shame I missed that "body lifting" live...

Nice video --Windows Moviemaker 2 is a great piece of video editing software. The best thing about it (other than it being free of course) is that it is not resource hungry. All the other editing suites tend to require fast processors, lots of hard disk space and plenty of RAM...

Glad to see that you resisted the beginners temptation to use lots of fancy effects and transitions which tend to make videos look a bit naff. I find a slowish simple fade/dissolve works best and can look stunning...
