Everyone knows that there is a huge kiting scene on the east coast of Scotland in St Andrews where you will find a dedicated kite zone at west sands, but did you know there is also a thriving kiting scene on the west coast?
Most weekends you will find a number of like minded kiters heading out to Stevenston for a blast on the grass or if the wind direction is favourable then heading down to the beach. With hills to ride and a thorn bush or two to dodge you can be sure that every visit is different and just as much fun as the previous!
